Steps to use MarketTram Pay & Go

Step 1 Go to your My Account
Step 2 Click on Account Details
Step 3 Add your PayPal Account Details in the box under “PayPal Account”
Step 4 Important, When Posting an Ad to sell items, please enter Minimum 1 in the Quantity section.
This will activate the “Buy Now” button for your ad. Buy Now button will allow Buyers to purchase your item(s) through our MarketTram website.
Step 5 You will be notified by emails from MarketTram once your item(s) has been sold.
Step 6 Receive Funds
You will receive funds within minutes when your item is sold. PayPal will send you an email that the funds have been deposited into your PayPal account.

- To activate the “Buy Now” button, must enter a minimum quantity of 1
- If you wish, you can enter your PayPal account details before selling. This is helpful when a buyer wishing to see the item before buying. Or if a Buyer from interstate wishers to buy your item and pay extra for shipping. You can edit your ad selling price by adding the shipping cost on top of your selling price.

If there is no Buy Now button, Seller has preferred to be contacted. You may wish to contact seller through Chat or Email to Seller to activate the Buy Now button.
Step 2 Go to your Cart
Step 3 Proceed to Checkout
Step 4 Complete all filled boxes
Step 5 Review your order
Step 6 Select Payment method
PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard
Step 7 Submit Your Order
Step 8 An email from MarketTram will be sent to you and to the Seller confirming your order.
Step 9 Seller will receive they funds within minutes after you have submitted the order.

To receive money through MarketTram Pay, you need to input your PayPal account details. Complete your PayPal account details in your ‘My Account’ section. This helps ensure that payments are securely processed and sent to the correct PayPal account. We use this process through our secure payment service providered by PayPal to help protect our customers against fraud.
If you wish, you can enter or remove your PayPal account details anytime. If removed will only affect the ads with the ‘Buy Now’ button. You can add your PayPal account details before selling. This is helpful when a buyer wishing to see the item before buying. Or if a Buyer from interstate wishers to buy your item and pay extra for shipping. After the funds have been deposited into your PayPal account, you can remove the PayPal details. Ideal would be best to keep your PayPal account details if you have other ads using the ‘Buy Now’ button.
Currently, you are able to complete transactions using the payment method of your choice. However, we recommend using MarketTram Pay as seller and buyer details are tracked and linked to your transaction to improve your safety.
We offer a variety of options including PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard.
Please ensure you have correctly entered the correct PayPal account details. Make sure the PayPal account details have been entered in My Account section. Also make sure you have enter Minimum 1 in the Quantity section when you had Posted your ad.
Once payment is completed by the buyer, Within minutes you’ll receive an email notification from PayPal that a payment was made to your PayPal account successful.

A buyer and seller can discuss and agree to pay a deposit or partial amount. The seller will then need to create a new payment request by changing the ad pricing for the remaining balance.
Please ensure you have correctly entered the correct PayPal account details. Make sure the PayPal account details have been entered in My Account section. Also make sure you have enter Minimum 1 in the Quantity section when you had Posted your ad.
We require buyers to confirm they’ve inspected an item before continuing the payment process. If there is an issue with the item not being sent or it is not as described, please contact the seller to discuss a resolution.

When Posting an Ad to sell items, please enter Minimum of 1 in the Quantity filled box section. Also need your PayPal Account Details.
Both combinations above are important to Activate the ‘Buy Now’ button, Adding your PayPal Account Details and Adding a Number 1 in the Quantity filled section when creating a Ad Post.
