Spanish Brutalist Dining Set with Navarro Argudo Chairs

Vintage Spanish Brutalist dining setting, featuring a solid timber Spanish-style dining table paired with four original Navarro Argudo sling leather dining chairs, dating from the 1960s-70s. The chairs are the earlier sling leather style, with dark aged leather seats and backs, hammered metal stud detailing, and carved solid timber frames. They have a strong architectural presence – weighty, textural, beautifully made, and highly collectible. The table is a substantial Spanish-style piece, with a thick timber top, carved pedestal base, and traditional interlocking timber joinery. There are no visible modern bolts or metal fixings; the structure is held through timber construction, giving it a grounded feel that pairs beautifully with the chairs. Very good vintage condition overall. The leather has developed a natural patina over time, with creasing, surface wear and age-related character. One chair has a small tear at the edge of the leather seat, shown clearly in the photographs. It is not highly noticeable in person and does not affect the structure or usability of the chair. Original Navarro Argudo maker’s plaque present on the chairs. A rare collector-worthy set.
